An energetic game played with great spirit on both sides and some outstanding goalkeeping heroics from the Christchurch keepers. Players and parents can be rightly proud on both sides.

Milford v Christchurch
Once again finding ourselves a man down we all knew it would be a tough task. From the start Christchurch came out strong and took quite a few shots which either went wide or hit the crossbar or post. We had high hopes but being a man down it started to show and Milford got some lucky goals. Bastie did his usual and showed how skilled he really is for such a young player. The passing was very good and Andrew in defence played a fantastic game listening to what he was told and putting it in action. With a few more games we believe that this team will be hard to beat. Well done all of you it was one of the best games this season which showed off your playing ability. Wednesday, October 7

A thrilling game saw both teams attack with purpose and defend with determination, the enthusiam of the players was brilliant as was the support of both sets of parents who were thoroughly entertained througout the game. There was not much to choose between the teams with Mudeford holding their shape slightly better but as this was only the second game for some of our players they can be rightly proud of how they performed.

First time all seven boys have played together and in some ways it showed as the new signings were trying to find their feet. They played a tough first half trying to keep in the right positions and then in the second half they got it together. It will be a couple of weeks before they know how each other play but then I think they will be a force to be reckoned with. They already play a nice game of football with passing when they can. It was a very good game to watch and the boys deserved better as they outplayed the opposition.
Well done boys you should be proud of yourselves. Sunday, September 20

Once again we only had 6 players but they were very up beat when they got on the pitch. They got off to a flying start and Basti and Josh have started up a good partnership. Andrew in defence with Sam and Milton are starting to become very strong. The boys played their hearts out with a very good performance only for the score line not to reflect the amazing effort that they put in and the class of football that they played.
Well done to you all a brilliant game to watch. Mary Monday, September 14

After a few problems getting started the game was action packed end to end with some good shots on goal from both sides. Second half Christchurch seemed to switch off but with the extra training starting this Wednesday night we hope we will be able to iron out any problems.
The boys are showing good ball control and a good awareness of their own team mates and we are hoping that things will only get better. WELL DONE boys you played really well!!! Wednesday, September 9

Game Result: Ringwood Town 2 v Christchurch 2
Goal Scorer: Sebastian (2) The team travelled to Ringwood for their second game, as we had only six players the Ringwood manager agreed to play 6 v 6, for which we would like to thank him. The game started with Christchurch playing the ball around and it eventually led to our first goal scored by Sebastian, Ringwood came back strongly and our new goalie Chloe kept us in front by making a good save. The second half had only just started when we conceded a goal to make it 1 - 1, though we continued to try and play our passing game. Sebastian then received the ball and with his left foot took a diagonal shot from outside the box, which went over their keeper to make it 1 - 2. as the game went on we started to tire and Ringwood managed to equalise, now 2 - 2. Although both teams kept trying and with a few near misses on both sides nobody could score the decisive goal and the game finished all square at 2 - 2 Well done to everybody who played, but a special mention for Milton who was making his debut. Unfortunately due to insufficient players the match was played as a friendly 5 -a-side. Action was at both ends of the pitch with all players showing some great skill and plenty of enthusiasm ably supported by their parents. Two of the Christchurch team were making their debuts for the club, so WELL DONE to Chloe and Sam, you both played extremely well.
