Milford on Sea U8s 0 – 7 Christchurch FC Youth U8s
Christchurch were on fire today from the moment they came on the pitch. A cracking opening goal from Ed was surpassed by a second half scorcher from Cameron shot from just over the half way line. As always the defensive line of Tom and Ollie could not be penetrated. Milford’s goalie and back line put up a valiant fight but today there was no stopping the boys. Ed scoring a further three goals, one from a great pass from Brad who also joined the score sheet soon to be followed by Patrick.

River Way, Christchurch
What a performance by the mighty Christchurch! A great display of football with great qualities shown from back to front. The lads kept yet another clean sheet whilst banging them in at the business end. The young lads of Christchurch could teach their ‘so called’ experienced stable mates a thing or two with their disciplined defensive work, powerful midfield labour and deft striking prowess. Brad Wilson, started the flow with a sweet finish, pretty standard for this goal machine. A special mention goes to Patrick for a sublime free kick from wayyyyyy back, the power and precision beating the goalkeeper at his near post. But man of the match must surely have gone to Oli Hioco for his sterling defensive play and a hat trick!!!! Where does this boys talents on the field end? Every team needs a versatile player but in Oli Christchurch have unearthed a gem (sing it with me) ‘they see him here, they see him there, they see him everywhere, Hioco, Hioco’ Lets just hope we can keep him out of the evil clutches of the Premierships big 4 (at least until he reaches double figures anyway!) Final Score: Christchurch FC U8s 6 – 0 New Milton Town Robins. Sunday, October 21
